Advocacy & Education Services

At Inclusive Pathways, we work with families to help their child blossom and succeed through their personal learning pathway. Advocacy packages and services are designed to support a variety of needs. We acknowledge and value that each family’s situation is unique and will be met with compassionate advocacy and education services. We are looking forward to helping your child grow.

Seed Package

$275

  • Review up to 50 pages of educational documents

  • 45 minute consultation

  • Written recommendations/findings (up to two pages)

Growth Package

$400

  • Review up to 75 pages of educational documents

  • 60 minute consultation

  • Written recommendations/findings (up to four pages)

Bloom Package

$575

  • Review up to 100 pages of educational documents

  • 90 minute consultation (can be broken up into two sessions)

  • Comprehensive written report of recommendations/findings for each type of document

  • Follow-up meeting 30 days after written report is received

  • 30 minute virtual meeting

  • Email correspondence from booking to day of meeting

  • IEP Preparation Guide-completed together

Meeting Preparation

Meeting Attendance & Advocacy

$150 per hour-1 hour minimum'

A consultation must be scheduled prior to the meeting.

Can include but is not limited to:

  • Participate in the meeting as an advocate

  • Facilitate conversations

  • Explain confusing language

  • Ensure federal and state law are being followed

  • Take notes during the meeting (will be shared post-meeting)

*Travel fee may be applicable

In-Home & Community Support

Sometimes families don't need another evaluation or another meeting—they need someone to help them put strategies into practice.

Inclusive Pathways provides individualized, in-person support for children with disabilities as they develop skills that promote greater communication, independence, participation, and success in everyday life.

Travel Policy:

In-person services are available within a designated service area. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside the standard service area (Zip Code: 44260)
